Élevage des veaux-de-lait à Ludinas (Peyrelevade), Millevaches et Vinzan (Peyrelevade) : coût, rendement, groupement de Sainte-Féréole, étapes, en batterie ou en liberté, création d’un réseau de commercialisation, critères de vente. Production de lait à Vieille Maison (Saint-Setiers) : circuit de distribution, constitution du troupeau. Production de myrtilles à Millevaches : origine des plants, transformation. Élevage de brebis laitière à Lestrade (Meymac) : surface, vente de fromages. Conclusion positive de chacun sur la rentabilité de son activité.
